Kilalahon ta si Most Rev. Midyphil B. Billones ang bag-o nga ginhirang nga Arsobispo sang Jaro sa Iloilo.
Natawo sang Hulyo 4, 1969, si Arsobispo Billones naghalin sa Panay, Capiz. Nakakuha siya sang iya degree sa Pilosopiya sa St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary sa Iloilo City kag nakatapos sang Doctorate sa Teolohiya sa Loyola School of Theology sang Ateneo de Manila University.
Ginordinahan siya bilang pari sang Oktubre 2, 1995, kag nagsirbe bilang parochial vicar sang Jaro Metropolitan Cathedral sa Iloilo sa sulod sang duha ka tuig.
Sa 2019, ginhirang siya bilang Auxiliary Bishop sang Cebu. Sa amo man nga tuig, siya ang ginpili kag ginordinahan bilang Obispo Titular sang Tagarata. Sang Pebrero 2, 2025, ginpili siya ni Pope Francis bilang Arsobispo sang Jaro.

Meet Most Rev. Midyphil B. Billones, the newly appointed Archbishop of Jaro.
Born on July 4, 1969., Archbishop Billones is a native of Panay, Capiz. He earned his degree in Philosophy at St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary in Iloilo City and his doctorate of Theology at the Loyola School of Theology of the Ateneo de Manila University.
He was ordained priest in Oct. 2, 1995. He served as the parochial vicar of the Jaro Metropolitan Cathedral in Iloilo for two years.
In 2019, he was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Cebu, Philippines. In the same year, he was appointed, and later ordained, Titular Bishop of Tagarata. On February 2, 2025, Pope Francis appointed him Archbishop of Jaro.
